I was thinking of doing this....

but no doubt you could do it faster/better....

How about virtual midi ports over tcp/ip so I could then distribute timecode to several sequencers / soft instruments on various pc's around the network using midi over ... wireless network even.

If you let me have the source to midi-yoke (its in windows C++ I presume) I could probably set this up myself and post it back to you for inclusion (after testing of course...).

MIDI Yoke is a commercial product licensed by several companies, even though we provide a free download of it (for non-commercial use), so I'm afraid that free source code is out of the question.

An existing product, MIDIoverLAN+, might fill your needs though. You can check it out here: http://www.musiclab.com/products/rpl_info.htm
