Can anyone tell me about this. It comes from an Ensoniq patch sites and talks about the format being Midiex.

How would I transmit this in MidiOx?

Now that we have a nice librarian, I'm sure we could all use lots of sound
programs as well. Towards this end I am going to post a uuencoded
GNU-zipped patch from an old Transoniq Hacker for your perusal. It is from

It looks like some kind of text format -- but I'd sure like to be able to transmit some of these patches down to my VFX and see what happens.

You need to uudecode it and then ungzip it. Then it'll be a .SYX file.
