Hi,

First of all, I would like to thank you for that great tool. I downloaded MIDI-OX 6.4.2 and after installation (WIN 98 SE) and playing a little bit around, I tried the scripts (Python first of course !) but the script failed creating the COM object. I tried to reinstall but it remained the same. Finally I found that running the MIDIOX once with the /REGSERVER option correctly registered it as a COM server and the scripts just worked fine after that.

Thanks for the info. It may be that we will have trouble doing this properly using the MS Windows Installer. I'll investigate.
