The problem is, when I try to use cscript I don't see how I can get the script to pause like with wscript... with wscript you can simply put up a msg box to halt the script but in the console it just sends this message and keeps executing.

What ways can I get the console to halt execution at a certain point? I'm working on trying the polling method of getting data so that way the while loop will keep the script running.. but I'm not really sure how to do this though I'm trying.

Any help appreciated.

Oh and the reason for this is that since I can't get any output to show up in the midiox instance that the script is attached to, I'm trying to basically create my own output using the console.
