I am trying to figure out why MIDI-ox starts up with a port routing that is not the one I want. Supposedly this should be the same routing as was active when it was last closed, but this is not the case.
 
Where does MIDI-ox store this information?
 
I am using a custom profile that I load from the command line. Is that the problem?

Figured it out. Yes, I had to edit the profile file.
