newbie question tempo

hi! i,m a newbie ,and woul'd like to get some help.
I want midiox to have some fixed tempo ,how can I do that?
ther is some Midi stream has no tempo infomation, but I know the tempo is 110.
But t2mf log always records it as tempo 120.
So The bar-line timing also always gets out of alignment .
Do I need some scriptings or something?

I will do that by letting perl script directly edit and process  
 log-text .Thank you.
