Cakewalk,Rebirth, MIDI Yoked

I interfaced Rebirth with Cakewalk Pro....I have an M-audio box splitting a couple of keyboards out and a MIDI yoke port properly configured and pointing to Rebirth (NT1) routed out my sound card....I'm puzzled that I hear no sound from the Rebirth module even though MIDI transmit signals appear to be taking place by the indication of the green light turned on and certain controls moving about the Rebirth interface. Can anyone please help with any remedy?....THANK's.

Do you get anything when a) playing rebirth with the mouse b) playing it with MIDI "wired" direct?

No problems hearing the patterns through the sound card when clicking using the mouse on the rebirth desktop interface.......Can you be more explicit when you say wired direct?... Dont you still have to connect direct to Rebirth using MIDI Yoke?...I'm a bit confused....THANK's for your response.

| Ignore Cakewalk Pro for the moment - don't load it at all. Load up Rebirth. Where you open MIDI Yoke, don't open MIDI Yoke - open one of the MIDI Keyboard inputs instead. You should be able to use the MIDI keyboard to trigger Rebirth directly.
