midi yoke NT -> less than 8 ports ?

hi people! when i install midi yoke, the configuration tool appears. but i cant change the number of ports, the 8 is shown GRAY and not changable like seen on the screenshot here: screenshot taken from the XP installation tutorial from the midi yoke site! is there a way to just use 1 or 2 ports, cause it dont need moore. and how can i enter this configuration menu after installation ? i searched through the forums and faqs, but everyone wants moore than 8 channels and not less greetings direct recharge p.s: sorry for bad english

The NT driver doesn't let you configure the number of ports.
