I have tried to record the out put of the Karma Triton software which is connected to my keyboard via the MIDI port into Sonar. I have choosen MIDI yoke port 1 in both KT (karma Triton) out and Sonar in, but no MIDI data is recorded (other setting are correct) I have also tried with MIDI OX. choosen MIDI yoke port 1 and 8 in the KT IN and KT out and Sonar IN and OUT. NO MIDI data into my sonar. (I have done the MIDI yoke + MIDI ox connections in the MIDI Ox programme) Has any one use MIDI Yoke with Sonar ? It appears to be working fine with Cubase and Logic. I have not seen any posting from Sonar users. Thanks KMA

I use MIDIOX Beta 6.7.0.355 to connect Karma and Triton to Chainer, Cubase, Sonar, Logic, and Orion to name just a few that are inter-connected with MIDIYOKE. The Beta has a Port Routing dialog in the View menu that lets you draw your connections.

Thanks for the reply. I use Win 2000, 'Karma Triton software' and Sonar. I have installed both MIDI Yoke and MIDI Ox. I have SB Audigy which has single MIDI port and I have noticed that you are using a multi-client MIDI port sound card. Could that be the difference? How do I do the connections? Any example from your setup of Sonar with some other software Synth Thanking you in advance KMA
