Midi Yoke and Midi Arpeggiator?

I downloade the "Sweet Midi Arpeggiator" it needs Midi Yoke to function. I want to use it on my software synths, Like NIs Pro 53. I cannot get it to work. Can I use it as a Standalone(Just the Pro 53 and Midi Arpeggiator)? Or does Midi Yoke need something Like Cubase to work. How do I set in/out in the Pro 53? How do I set in/out in Midi arpeggiator? I use the tascam 428 sound/midi card. therefore, I have the choice to use it as in/out. What do I use Midi Yoke on and what do I use the tascam 428 on...as far a In/Outs goes. Thanks

MIDI Yoke is a virtual MIDI driver. It is used to connect MIDI applications (ex: Pro 53, Cubase, MIDI-OX) together. It's like a patch cable or a guitar cable -- it only connects things together. I do not have Pro 53 or Cubase, but both of them have capabilities of attaching to MIDI port drivers. MIDI Yoke is another MIDI port driver.
